Thank you for shopping at SimRaceNets. We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at [email protected] within the 14-day period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Return must be requested within 14 days
• Return must be received by us within 14 days of your request being approved
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return shipments

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that show signs of use
• Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• For PayPal payments, the refund will be processed directly back to your PayPal account
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [[email protected]] within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and order number. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

7. Return Address

Please contact us before sending any returns. We will provide the appropriate return address based on your location.
